16 Units of Pulogebang Flat Sealed

Around 16 units of Pulogebang Flat, Cakung, East Jakarta are sealed. Sealing is conducted because the occupant violated the agreement letter.

Pulogebang Flat Management Head, Ageng Darmintono disclosed, violation in 16 units has been happening for a long time. The officer immediately did investigation at night because the occupants always reasoned often go home at night and early morning.

"To prove it, we do sweeping at night. In fact, we found 16 empty units here," he asserted, Monday (10/10).

From 16 units, 9 of them are padlocked. Then 2 units that occupied by people will be relocated to the Rawa Bebek Flat and five other units are in accordance with SP. 

"On average, they are already occupied about 1-2 years. They stay in the flat by renting the unit from the previous owner," he stated.

In the flat, there are 720 units spread at 8 blocks. From that number, 693 units are occupied and 27 others are empty. The empty unit is because its occupant has been controlled.
